What Can Cause Bloody Bowel Movement Along With Stomach Cramps And Fatigue?

I've been experiencing small blood clots in the toilet bowl with my stools since November 2017. For more than two months my stools have been rust color with blood in them, I have stomach cramps, fatigue, constipation (not relied by my usual miralax dose) and unexplained weight loss. What could these symptoms be due to?

The narrated symptoms with bloody bowel movements and fatigue indicate underlying intestine disorder as IBS or else with low hemoglobin giving fatigue and lethargy.
