Hi,

Ulcerative colitis may lead to dry skin due to fluid loss or these people are more prone to develop pyoderma gangrenosum.

Arthritis may be due to gout or auto immune or ulcerative colitis induced joint inflammation.

You may use steroids and painkillers medication. use immunomodulators for ulcerative colitis.

Please consult your physician/gastroenterologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
