What Can Cause Dizziness Along With Body Tremors?

Hey Doc, I have been feeling light headed, shakey and a little like I m going to pass out lately. Any thought here? I see my family Phy twice a year, blood pressure is a little high, 130/74. This being shakey worries me, so does being light headed and like I m really in space half the time.
