What Can Cause Dizziness Along With Fatigue And Nausea?
I am having dizziness every day maybe twice to three times a day . Very tired and sleepy even though I exercise and have a very good diet. Stomach and joint discomfort. I have a very nice life style , little stress, But I do work every day . The dizziness is nauseating.

You have to get yourself checked, check your blood pressure level and blood sugar level to rule out hypertension and hypoglycemia. If they are normal then investigate with a complete blood count to rule out anemia. Acid reflux and ear infection also can lead to dizziness. Until you consult a physician for examination, Betahistine can be prescribed for you.
