What Can Cause Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Tongue?

Hi... I m experiencing pins and needles in my tongue. This is a new symptom even for me. It started this morning on the left side and now has spread to the front tip as well. I had been loosing my taste buds for the past few years already. I m also light headed.... dizzy. I ve been diagnosed and am being treated for Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, IBS, Hypothyroidism, Cardiac Arrhythmia, Gerd, Endometriosis, Ovarian cyst, mitral valve prolapse, chronic depression, anxiety disorder and herniated disc C1 through C6.

Hello,

Possible causes like allergy for eggs,peanuts and tree nuts,fish,shellfish,milk,wheat and soy. Oral ulcers or hypoglycemia or hypocalcemia or vitamin b complex deficiency or burning mouth syndrome or hypo parathyridism etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. anxiety , diabetes also may present like this. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
