What Can Cause Dizziness While Lying Down?
I am a 59 year old male, 5 9, 164 lbs, exercise regularly, no drinking, no drugs, no smoking. I have been having light headed issues lately. It occurs when I laying down, I notice it when training (martial arts) or in the best most often. No medical history or diabetes in family--that I know of, my oldest daughter is hyper glycemic

It can be a some form of tension headache. If you are involved in stressful work, then make a time to take a rest. Yoga and meditation will be beneficial in relieving headache.
I suggest you measure your blood pressure to rule out hypertension. Lack of sleep, hypoglycemia, smoking can also precipitate headache. I suggest you consult a physician for examination.
