What Can Cause Fatigue, Excessive Sleepiness And Joint Ache?

I wake up tired, fall asleep easily during the day, no energy, joints hurt most of the time, have spinal stenosis, 3 rd stage spinal arthritis, I take hydrocodone for a back fracture L3,L4,L5 3 years ago still much pain. Trouble falling asleep. Fatigue low energy, nausea on accasion.

Hi,

You may be suffering from chronic pain induced by depression or narcolepsy or chronic fatigue syndrome or sleep apnea.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

You may do little physical activity, eat green leafy vegetables and avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Use tab.Tryptomer. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/pain therapist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
