I have been have infrequent dizzy spells over the last several years maybe every two or three months. They come with a sense of deja vu or that I dreamt the activitiy that I am doing when I become dizzy. the dizzy spell lasts about 10 seconds or so and I feel fatigued and tingly for a short time after. Lately the dizzy spells have become more frequent, everyday for the past two weeks and and I have had two or three on some days. I get them doing normal every day activities like taking out the trash, doing laundry, and the fatigued, quesy, tingly feeling is lasting much longer 1-2 hours. I have seen my physician and m being referred to a cardiologist and neurologist but those appointments are 6 and 8 weeks away
