What Can Cause Frequent Urge To Urinate And Tightening In The Bottom Of Stomach
ive had an increased need to urinate and sometimes have a dull tightening feeling in the bottom of my stomach, my last period was also quite heavy and was earlier than normal. I am not pregnant but thats how i can compare the feeling to, what could this be?

The symptoms suggest an underlying hormone imbalance issue from pelvic inflammatory disease or others giving a secondary urinary infection.
As per my surgical experience, you need to take urine microscopy with an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for further management.
