What Can Cause Frequent Urination And Blood Clots In Urine?
Hello. I showed signs of a UTI. Having to go to the bathroom frequently and only a little bit comes out but I feel like my bladder is completely full and feels like I have to go urgently along with some pain while going. My roommate gave me the Azo max strength tabs and some cranberry pills. I took the azo and one cranberry pill last night and another cranberry pill in the morning. Throughout the day I’ve had more and more clots in my urine. And the pain has gotten worse. I’ve been drinking plenty of water and I’m very concerned it is a more serious underlying issue. I’ve never had this many blood clots come out when I have had previous UTIs. What should I do... I have a semi-healthy diet(fast food every other day) and am somewhat active. I’m an overall healthy individual.
You should get investigated with urine routine microscopic examination and ultrasonography report for further work up. If urine shows pus cells and bacteria then urine culture done to choose antibiotic for infection. If urine shows cast then kidney affection might present. I suggest you to consult Urologist for examination. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
