What Can Cause Groin Pain Along With Abdominal Pressure, Vertigo And Palpitations?

I’m struggling with sternal, spinal, abdominal and right groin pain that has gradually escalated over the last 2 years. The symptoms are concentrated on the right side mainly. I have a sensation of fullness and pressure in my abdomen and stomach and it seems to trigger pressure in my head and a feeling of vertigo when I lie down. I can hear my heart pounding in my ears at times and my ears would pop as if in a pressurized aircraft. I have had a CAT scan of my abdomen, ultrasound, a gastric emptying study, EGD, Colonoscopies and blood work, all benign. I saw an orthopedist, neurologists. Internist, and gastroenterologist, but they have no answers.

Hi,

You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance, which leads to bowel distension and pain.

Use tablet Pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Normaxin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
