Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

You may be suffering from hip osteoarthritis or avascular necrosis or psoas muscle abscess or lower ureteric calculi etc.

Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get it done ultrasound abdomen, hip joint X-ray or MRI, thyroid profile, cholesterol levels.

Please consult your orthopedician/physician, they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
