What Can Cause Nausea And Constipation In Diabetic Patient?

I am a 22 year old female with diabetes. I have been experiencing nausea, a feeling of fullness though I haven't eaten for days, constipation, diarrhea and vomiting that is dark brown, highly acidic, and seems as if the food has been in my stomach for days. Also, the first symptom I get is frequent burping that tastes like eggs.
