What Can Cause Pain And Swelling In The Feet?

My feet hurt me so bad daily. They swell, the pain in my toes is sharp pains that make me holler out sometimes, they burn, they are numb all the time, they ache, I can not stand to touch them. I am pre-diabetic, I have gout, I take uloric and gabapentin. I don t think neither help. There has got to be someone who can pin point this down and help me. Thanks

Hi,

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possibilities like plantar fasciitis and neuropathic causes. An MRI scan is required for further assessment.

As of now, analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be taken for pain relief.
