What Can Cause Pain From Below The Breasts To The Middle Of The Stomach?

Hello. I'm experiencing some pain around the base of my left breast & it goes over to the middle of my stomach. It's a very heavy sensation, but almost feels like a bruise, but I didn't do anything. My feet and hands are a little swollen. I have had two mile heart attacks, and I was very uncomfortable with both of them, but I can't say this feels like either of them. I checked my bp & it's 132/82. I took my meds at around 9:00, meds carvedilol, spironolactone, baby aspirin, Xarelto & meds for my diabetes. The uncomfortable feeling started earlier in the evening, maybe 6 or 7 PM. I took something for heartburn, which seemed to help for about 10 minutes, but as I went to bed it's there again. When I get up it feels a little better, but I still have a very heavy feeling. Like I said, it almost feels like a bruise, but it's not.
