What Can Cause Pain In Stomach And Later In Heart?

hi there, i have been having on going pains in my stomach for the last two weeks. i woke up with a sharp pain and not being able to bend, but didn't think much of it until now. for the last three days it has become more apparent to me that there is something wrong. this is the third day in a row where the bubbling in my ends up creating sharp pains in my chest than to my heart it feels like, than my back making breathing and moving very uncomfortable. the pains are so severe that it almost makes me cry. this usually lasts a few hours, but when should i go to the doctor and when does it become more serious than just a gas build up?

Hello,

The given symptoms could be suggestive gastrointestinal (GI) infection most of the time it comes out with gall bladder infection or swelling with stone condition called cholecystitis, second it may be gastric ulcer, either of this condition can be may have hypersecretion of acid, initially hyperacidity can be managed with tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day for five weeks.

For confirmation of biliary infection and other GI condition, it needs some investigations like ultrasonography and CT imaging with the biochemistry of blood, I advise you to see the gastroenterologist.
