What Can Cause Pain In Stomach, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Fever?
My son is complaining of stomach pains between his diaphragm and belly button right in the middle. I have taken him for blood work an a ct scan, both which came back normal. He is not vomiting, having diarrhea, or a fever. I'm at a loss. Can u please help me decide what to do next?

Such type of pain is quite common in children. Its most likely non specific intestinal colic or possibility of worm infestation is also to be considered.
Trying a single dose of albendazole may be helpful.
