What Can Cause Porous Skull And Grooves On The Forehead?
I was told by a neurologist that I have a porous skull. On my forehead at the hairline I developed grooves about 2 years ago. Yesterday I noticed the length of the grooves has gone from 1 inch to about 4”. There are more further back on my scalp. It is raised over 1/2” between the grooves. What do the grooves and being porous mean for me?

Degenerative causes has to be looked for.
Consult a neurosurgeon and get evaluated. A CT head may be required for further assessment.
