What Can Cause Pulsing Sensation In Head After Eating Green Chilli?

Hello, from past few weeks I feel pulse in my head (in the middle - on top, just under the scalp) - especially after eating green chilli. I am not new to eating chilli and I am eating them since past 20+ years. Only recently (few weeks) I started feeling pulse. No pain and it goes away after sometime. Please advice.

I would check your blood pressure and make sure it is not high. otherwise, I don't think you need further work up. however, if you are noticing any nausea, or change in vision or other concerning symptoms, see a primary care doctor to get a thorough examination
