What Can Cause Recurrent Bruises On The Lower Back And Stomach Of A Toddler?

Hello my daughter is 2 she keeps getting bruises on her lower back and sides of her stomach and now she has one on her forehead that won't go away the doctor did blood work and looked fine so he won't look into it anymore what could it be I'm concerned because doesn't ever fall on her back and the one on her forehead has been there for almost a month

The possibilities of recurrent spontaneous bruising is-
1. Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic purpura.
2. Coagulation factor defect.
