About 5 days ago, I woke up with reddness on one side of my face, close to the nose, over the cheekbone. Over the next two days is got darker and spread a little bit over the nose. When I wake in the morning, as through out the day, but to a lesser degree, my face, only on the right side, feels puffy and numb, but at the same time, tingly. There is often a piercing headache with it, but only in one spot on one side (the right side.) I have also had some nasal congestion ~ but that is not unusual. Additionally, though I do not know if they are related, I have occasionally coughed up some flem or mucus, which smells funny.
