What Can Cause Sharp Chest Pain While On Zoloft And Trazadone For Anxiety?

Hello, my name is Jacob and I am 26 years old. I ve been having heart pain -on and off - for years now and sometimes I feel a pulse run down my left arm, and for a split second, I feel a sharp pain in my heart. What is this? Heart attack? Should I be worried? I also suffer from anxiety (since I was born) and I take Zoloft and Trazadone.

Hi,

Ok, obviously anxiety attacks can be associated with chest pain and shortness of breath.

Basically, to do a phobia treatment, one has to know one is actually safe.

So, although there really isn't a reason to get it, if people are having chest symptoms with their panic attack I order a stress test so I can say "it certainly isn't your heart, now get over it!"
