What Can Cause Sharp Pain Behind The Shoulder Blade And Chest?

the other day i woke up with stuffy nose and bad cold sweats which progressed into morning. last night i had a sharp pain in my right back shoulder blade to the front right side of my chest and today my right leg is throbbing numbing tingly sensation ...what is wrong with me?
