What Can Cause Sharp Pain In The Forehead And Eyes During Airplane Journey?

Just took 2 planes to go to Kansas from RI, last Saturday. While in flight on both planes, I had a very sharp pain on the left side of my forehead that also affected the eye. The pain lasted at least 15 minutes or more. I thought I was having a brain aneurysm. I’m still having mild headaches in the same area.

Hello,

It is due to pressure changes. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
