Hlo doctor I dont knew what is happning with i got my preiod only 2 days late but bleeding flow is slow it last only for two days .after period i am feeling little pain in my abdomen it moves around back pain in uper abdomen .. in chest and acidity ... first time i have period like this ... please tell what happen to me

The pain in abdomen and back can be related to uterine cramps associated with bleeding. The shorter periods can be related to anemia or a mild hormonal disturbance.
