What Can Cause Soreness Around The Foot?

I have soreness on the outer part of my left foot. It seems to get worse if I roll it. Comes and goes will be sore for a few days, then fine for a few days, then back to sore. I can put pressure no problem but it feels like it s straining when I move it

Hi,

The soreness around the foot can be due to a soft tissue injury or a muscle sprain. Proper rest and using an elastic brace can help.
