my 15 yr old has stomach pains after eating. i have been monitoring what she eats and found no common thread. for instance, last night she had a salad with salmon and her stomach pains started after eating 1/4th of her meal. she has had a ultra sound which showed backed up bm, however she goes everyday and says she doesn't have a problem with this. she also has frequent urination which, after being dipped was sent to lab for C&S and showed negative. the doctor suggested antacids. she is not a stressful child and has no c/o stress at school or home. this has been going on for at least 2 years now. i am planning on taking her to the doctor this week. what are some questions/tests i can ask for.
