What Can Cause Sudden Nausea While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

I have a few questions. What causes nausea. It came on all of a sudden.could not eat or drink without in coming right back up. I have fibromyalgia and lately my legs hurts. From my thigh through my knees to my ankles. The ER doc ran labs test and say it doesn’t show anything: well I have real pain and I disnt like her answer. It not swollen just pain like I feel it’s cannot hold me up, I’m 5 2 and weigh 165. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Pain in the legs may be due to muscular pain or hypokalemia or fibromyalgia or vitamin d deficiency or arthritis etc.

Get it done ESR, ALP, ANA, Ra factor, thyroid profile and serum b12 and Vita d level.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet evion LC twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
