What Can Cause Sudden Pain In Hands During Sleep?

Recently I woke up in the middle of the night and when I went to move my hands both of them hurt very bad. Last February my right elbow began to bother me too. Now, my hands, hips, knees and ankles all hut but the most painful are my hands. I try to walk every day and do some Pilates. I am not overweight and have never been sick.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having nonspecific pains and arthritis of many joints. I think first possibility of having vitamin deficiencies. You should check your vitamin levels specially vitamin D3 and vitamin B12. Till then empirical treatment by Mecobalamine, EvionLC and vitamin D3 (if low) is started. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Second possibility is reactive arthritis if you had fever or infection. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. You can also write to me directly on below link:
