What Can Cause Swelling In The Cheek With Fever ?
My daughter (3) has had a fever for 3 days and she has a raspy voice, we noticed her cheek was swelled, when we looked inside, she has a mid thumb knuckle to tip size, white dry milk looking patch. She is taking Ibuprofrin, and Tylanol, since being in the ER thursday with a 104.6 temp. Her temp is now fluctuating between 98 and 100. I am concerned about the swelling and the patch tho, can you help?

i dont know what tylanol is. she will need an antibiotic- a complete course for 5 or 7 days. she seems to be gettin better already, so dont worry. let her drink water in plenty, preferably warm water. give it sometime, it should subside.
