Hello,

Neck lymph nodes enlargement may be due to infection in the scalp or hair follicles or infection in ear or neck or tuberculosis or it may be niacinamide deficiency etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet amoxiclav. If symptoms not improved please get it examined locally and systemically for root cause.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
