Hi,

Are you diabetic or hypertensive?

It is possible that you may have developed aphasia due to lacunar infarcts involving the Broca's area or Wernicke's area. I think in Broca's area lesions may present like this.

It may be due to vocal cord palsy or it may be due to acid reflux lead to throat discomfort.

The defect is at the central level or vocal cord levels or pharyngeal level or labial level. Until further examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

It may be a transient ischemic attack. Please consult your neurophysician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
