What Can Cause Whitish Jelly In Urine?

I've been having awful headaches that I thought were due to my lack of caffeine intake, lightheadedness I thought was due to getting up too fast, lower back pain that I thought was due sleeping on the couch, and whitish jelly in my urine. Today I was supposed to have my period, but nothing happened. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I'm traveling in Puerto Rico so going to a trusted doctor secretly isn't really an option for me. What should my next steps be?
