What Can Explain Continuous Bowel Movement After Meals?

My son's 20 and has conitious bowel movements especially after meals. He said it started when he drank a lot of coke. He is seen a small amount of blood in his stool. He is on some antibiotic but this has happened once before and am concerned he may have some problem with his stomach.
