What Can I Do As Have Dull Pain In Lower Back?

I had a dull pain in my lower back, just above my hips. This pain peaked eariler this morning I would liken it to the onset of labour. I was prescribed antibiotics for an urinary infections and pain killers. The pain is lessened but I m now light headed and feeling sick. Should I go back to the doctors?

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to overdose of medicine.

So consult to doctor and go for urine test.

After that take multivitamin for weakness.
