What Can I Do To Unclog The Ear After A Root Canal?

R ear blocked for over a week after root canal for infected tooth that may have gone into maxillary sinus. No pain now except when in subway tunnel. Sometimes get headaches. Endodontist said not the tooth and ENT said TMJ problmes over the phone. Is there anything I can do to unclog the ear. I cannot hear very well on that side.

Hi, your root canal treatment or your TMJ problem has nothing to do with your ear clog.
Both conditions may cause ear pain on that side but not ear block.
U can do steam inhalation, and practice valsalva exercise , it willmopen up your ET tube.
Take some decongestants for 5 days and see, if blockage persist, thdn consult doctor.
