Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

I suspect your son is suffering from Acute Gastroenteritis(AGE).
In most children, the vomiting will last no longer than one to two days and is not a sign of anything serious.
This is due to the infection in gut by either bacteria or virus.
It either relieves pressure or gets a toxin out of your Gut system.
Give plenty of water and electrolyte drinks to compensate his fluid loss by vomiting.
Look for signs of any dehydration like dry mouth, increased thirst etc.
If the dehydration is severe, then he may need Intravenous fluids.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
