General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Conditions like allergic rhinitis must be ruled out. If you experience symptoms like stuffy nose or difficulty for breathing in through the nostrils, possibilities like nasal polyp or deviated nasal septum (DNS) must be excluded.

As a first-line management over the counter available drugs like cetrezine or levocetrizine can be taken for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT a specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
