What Casues Cough And Fevere After Bench Pressing?

Hello, I have gotten a cold the day after bench pressing 2 times now, both times I was bench pressing 75kg, I weigh 73 kilos myself. I do not bounce the bar off my chest but I pause it on the chest between reps. My throat has started to itch the night of the training session, and the day after I m coughing and have fever. Is it caused in some way by the training or is it just coincidence?

Dear , cough and fevere can't be causeed by bench pressing IT has nothing to do with your work outs . It is your weak immune system may be due to your inactive life style and faulty food habits .

Prepare decotion with 3 cups of water , 1 black cardamum , 7 leaves basil ,7 black pepper ,3 loung , 1" cinnamon and ginger all crushed and boiled till 1 cup water left . Strain in a cup ,mix a spoon or 2 of honey and drink sip by sip while it is hot and soothing .

include healthy diet as fiber,vitamins minerals ,cheeze, milk , supplements full of antioxidents , in natural form --fruit ,green veges , lemon juice with water and salt and pepper before meals , ginger ,garlic , Aloe vera 30 ml , Amla ,Turmeric powder a level spoon + almond oil a Tspoon with hot milk ,at bed time, all will help boost your Immune system & alley your pains gradually with required work out ----
To detoxify your system , do regular walk, and increase your activity level. Exercises & Yoga postures , Dhanurassan ,Bhujjangassan , Vajjarassan pranayam -- deep breathing

Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking , stress , sleeplessness and Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity.
