What Casues Pain In The Right Upper Quadrant While Suffering From NASH?
I was diagnoses with NASH about three years ago. Today I am having RUQ pain. Is pain typical with NASH? My Gall bladder was removed 10 years ago. My Liver Function Tests are stable. The pain seems to be colicy in nature. Comes and Goes. About a 3 out of 10.

Please note that right upper quadrant pain is part of NASH .
You should try to reduce your weight slowly .
Reduce your waist line .
Reduce alcohol , fatty foods and sweets .
For pain , you may take tab Paracetamol but 2 gm per day is upper limit for liver cases .
For NASH , Pioglitazone or vitamin E is helpful .
