What Cause An Acidic Green Vomit Along With Dizzy Feeling?

So I spent all yesterday throwing up acidic green vomit..was weak and couldn't seem to get off the couch.. Today I feel a little better.. Nausea present but no vomiting thus far .I however have dizziness and weakness and my hands and feet itch terribly.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of throwing acidic green vomit yesterday, was weak and could not get off the couch. Today, there is no vomiting but nausea continued and there is now itchiness in the hands and feet. There is also giddiness and weakness.
Your short history is suggestive that you may be suffering from Hepatitis hence the nausea, vomiting, and itchiness.
I would advise you the following:
First of all get the blood tests for CBC, liver function tests, kidney function tests.
Urine: routine and for bile salts and pigments.
This will give a fair idea whether there is hepatitis or not.
Also get ultrasound of the abdomen.
Get started on a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacids orally.
Get the additional treatment as per the reports of the investigations.
