What Cause Bloating,episodes Of Vomiting And Abdominal Pain?

I have been experiencing a bloating feeling with my bowels starting to change about a year ago. I have slowly become more and more incapable of totally evacuating my bowels. In the past year I have had nausea off and on, abd pain off and on, legs and lower back ache. I have pain more to the left side of my lower abd. If I don t take laxatives now I can not defecate much. My stools also have becomer flat shaped.could this be ovary connected ie ovarian cyst or tumor, I have no energy as well.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of bloating with changed bowel habits since one year. inability to evacuate bowel, nausea off an on, pain in abdomen, legs and lower back. Pain is more on the left side of abdomen, have to take laxatives, stools are flat shaped, wants to know whether connected to ovarian cyst or tumor, have no energy...
Your history is suggestive of colitis causing secondary changes in bowel habits,.
I would advise you the following:
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood for liver and thyroid functions.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon and Gastroenterologist and proper treatment.
If the medical management fails then CT scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy will give proper diagnosis and guide for further treatment.
