What Cause Blood Sugar To Drop With Constant Indigestion And Constipation?

i m 44 year old female. about 75-80 kg weight. height 5 feet. i am diabetic and suffering from high blood gugar since last few months. fasting 180-90 and after meal 250-295. three weeks ago i almost fainted because of the blood sugar drop. i took glimpride. i have constant indigestion, always hungry. if i do not eat i feel extremely weak. stomach feel weird. sometimes diareehea, sometimes gas or constipation. i am taking jenuvia but sugar level still high. i am in cehennai to take medical care. please help me what should i need immediate care.

Hello,

What is the dose of diabetic drugs your using (Januvia and glimepiride)? Fasting may cause hypoglycemia, so you have to take diet under control with physical exercise useful. Abdomen pain and diarrhea may be due to food intolerance or dysentery or diabetic, diarrhea. Please post me the dose of the drugs you are using depending on that possible to change the dose. Consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
