What Cause Delay In Periods?

I have had my tubes tied for 3 and a half years. I haven t missed a period since. And now I two months late. I have four home pregnancy tests. All came back negative. I didn t return to my obgyn for my six week follow up either after my tubes were ties. What could be wrong?
