As you have symptoms of pain first thing to advice is to use the cervical soft collar then rest and hot water fermentation. Due to headaches there might be symptoms and needs a proper neurological assessment. An MRI brain and cervical spine are needed to comment more on the present symptoms. In most cases, there are no major pathologies but to rule out is always guided.
Arrange a physical meet-up with a neurologist so he can assess and guide you better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
