What Cause Light Headed, Nauseous And Dizzy With Brown Vaginal Discharge?

I have been having these symptoms for 3 days light headed naseous dizzy tired acne diarrhea pinkish brownish vaginal discharge after sex pain during sex in the lower right abdomen and in the lower right back. I am feeling a bit better today the 3rd day but I really want to know whats wrong.

Hi,

According to your description there is a possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease. It can present with pain abdomen, backache, vaginal discharge, tiredness, etc. Pinkish vaginal discharge can be seen due to conditions like cervical erosion which can be a part of pelvic inflammatory disease, cervical polyp, irregular spotting mixed with vaginal discharge, etc.

If the symptoms persist, better to get examined by clinical examination and investigations like pap smear, vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity, the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly. In case of pelvic infection you may need local and systemic antibiotics to cure the problem. And also both the partners should be treated simultaneously to prevent future cross infections.
