What Cause Loose Motion For 5 Month Old Baby?
my 5month 1week baby is passing 4-5 watery stools since i started giving him semi solid food. it has been a week since i started with soups once a day in my baby,s diet. he is only being breastfed otherwise.this is happening from the last 2 days. do i need to worry
