What Cause Pain In My Testicles?

Hello Doc,

I am 29 years old, and offlate I experience tremendous pain in my testis. I find a kind of worm like growth in both my testis and it has become very sensitive to pain. I have had this problem to a while now, but offlate I see that there is tremendous pain, and this is causing a lot of disturbance.

Kindly let me know what the problem could be. If needed, I would like to fix an appointment and meet you.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted in your query.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Your current health issues seem to be due to Bilateral Varicocele with increased congestion in Varicose veins-lately.
This has been disturbing you by pain mostly,as you are well off with your sexual pleasure, which you have not complained of.
Tremendous pain lately could be due to excessive gyming/ or strenous physical-events or could be coughing, which you missed to mention.

Other Causes could be-Bag of worms on both testes with tremendous pain off late- indicates increased congestion from regurging Venous flow due to incompetent Vein valves draining in to iliac or renal veins.Other causes could be ruled out by physical checkup and by investigations in such a case.
Hence Other causes-as cited above- need to be ruled out,by verification with Physician/and or Surgeon.

Do's-

Consult with Urologist and Surgeon who would investigate physically and by USG with Colour Doppler study if needed.
You would need -Micro-Vascular Varicose ligation- draining the regurged impure venous blood to testes.
This would reduce the Bag of Worms feeling and would reduce the testicular pains offlate in your case.
This would fix the cause amongst the above or other possibilities.
You need to treat it with Surgeon/ Urologist which should be done on priority and urgently to avoid further complications.

This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Constant followup with local family or specialist Urologist / Surgeon-for long term would give you long remissions in time to come, which would depend on meticulous followup treatment of your health concerns,as assessing your case and resolving by ligating the regurgitating venous flow to reduce the testicular congestion is a very complex and tedious job to achieve the required target for your betterment.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your query health issues.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Cause of Pain in Testicles-is Varicose Veins of Pampiniform Plexus in Spermatic Cords.
Just check up with family Physician and Urologist to rule out above possibilities.
Many other problems need to be ruled out, which could occur from-punches in groin region.

Do's-
Get USG and color Doppler of Scrotum, to fix the extent of the worm like growth in both the testes.
And plan for the Repair of Varicose Veins- by Mico-Vascular Surgical Ligation of the incompetent Veins.
Correction of the Regrurgitating venous flow from testicular Veins from incompetent Veinous Valves, would reduce the testicular pains, from reducing the venous congestion.
This would also improve the size of the testes and testicular functions.
Other causes of needs to be ruled out by Consulting Surgeon / and Urologist .
Don't be callous to get examined with your doctor.
Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
Need to Check with Surgeon/ Urologist , if things don't recover.

-Other causes need to be verified with your Specialist doctors, as the facts may be different what you submitted.

-For this Second opinion from Consulting Surgeon / Urologist-is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.
