What Cause Severe Pain In The Leg And Ankle?

i am getting severe pain in the top of my right leg and ankle I cannot stand on my leg for very long. I am on painkillers but I still hurt. My doctor thinks it s siatica but I have a feeling there is a problem with a bone at the top of my leg? I have to lay down to ease the pain

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
