What Cause Shooting Pain In My Breasts After Unprotected Sex?

hi
i ovulated between July 30 and aug3 according to a ovulation calculator and i felt clear fluid in excess during that time and i am still feeling it and feeling it more now. i had unprotected sex on the 3rd and the 6th of july. 3 days ago i started feeling a shooting pain in my breasts in the right one more than the left and I also had some mild light pink bleeding after having sex lastnight and saw the bleeding again this morning....what is going on? my period isnt due till the 17th of august.

Thanks for letting us know your health concern. The possibilities in the current scenario are- 1. Ovulation bleeding, which is self-resolving. 2. Post coital bleeding due to local lesions like erosion of the cervix, infection in the vagina and the cervix, polyps of the uterus and cervix. This needs an exam and further management. 3. Hormone imbalance. Breakthrough bleeding can be seen when the post-ovulatory phase has lowered progesterone levels. Hormone assay helps to clarify. Implantation bleeding is seen at the time of the expected period and is a fresh bleed. I would ask you to see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
